A few criticisms: I wish there were some more vocal samples from the anime to ground the listener more in the world of Evangelion. I also wish that some of the tracks were longer to explore the drums and sound more, especially Katsuragi which starts off with a great intro but then seems to end abruptly and shortly into the groove. That aside I think this is a great album with wonderful sounds and drums. It’s a hard choice to pick one favorite. Instrumentality is a close tie with Chance! Love it!
